Full disclosure I have been a patient in this office since 1985, I think, idk, I was 6. Malice and Jones were great. Love ‘em. But this isn’t about them. I Had an emergency ache, called the office and they got me in that day. I would expect nothing less. That’s just how Malice supported his patients. Imagine my shock when Dr Steven Rollins came in to evaluate me. He and his assistant, Mackenzie, satisfied my urgent need. I figured I’d give the younger dentist (he’s in his, ahem, later 30’s, sorry Steve:) a shot as my new primary dental practitioner. I’ve been back 4 times since and Dr Rollins, Mackenzie, Kalee, Ariana, and anyone in I’m missing (sorry!) have been nothing short of spectacular. Friendly, kind, funny, and professional, all of them. Dr. Rollins is charismatic, intelligent, honest, and, not without wit. Though Mackenzie has him bested there. Conversation among the 3 of us flowed naturally with spontaneity . I felt calm, at ease, and I laughed my face off. It’s never been awkward. The Doc has seen some things in his days. He speaks child, and, based on what I’ve experienced, your kids will love him! (I have 3 btw). If you ever hear anything bad you are definitely listening to haters. The dude cares. The Doc is legit, and, after writing all this, I’m realizing I may have a bit of a bromance thing going on right now. That aside, it has been over a year and I still have mad love and respect for the Doc and Mackenzie. Thank you and everyone else at Summit Dental!

Love the atmosphere here. Everyone was friendly and kind. Lindsey, I believe that was her name, was the tech that did the cleaning for me. She talked me through everything so that there were no surprises. AND then there is Dr.Rollins who is a ball of energy. You can tell he loves what he does by the way he talks about it. Recommend even if you haven’t gotten you teeth cleaned in a while, like me. You won’t regret it.

We switched back to Summit Dental after an absence of a few years. Today was my first appointment. In my opinion, every dentist’s office is made up of three parts: the front desk, the hygienist and the dentist. The front desk – the ladies were well organized, helpful and respectful. A The hygienist, Sarah, was great. It was a long appointment to get x rays, etc. she was completely professional, personable and mindful of my time without compromising the reason for the appointment. She also had the information about my insurance plan so that she updated me about what the potential costs were before she began her work. This to me is HUGE. A The Dentist, Dr. Rollins came in for the final once over. Thus far he hasn’t worked on me; I don’t have a final opinion about that. However, everything starts at the top in this type of business. If the top is lacking the entire office would be crappy. Dr. Rollins created a business with a professional group of skilled people who are kind and personable. That says it all.
